We currently only ship within Canada.
If there are any issues we need to have communication within 30 days of the normal shipping window so it can not only be dealt with in a timely manner, but so we have time to communicate with our shipping partners within their allotted time window.
All returns, efunds and replacements for damaged tote bags are reviewed on a case by case basis. In order for us to assist you, please send us an email with the details of your purchase and your issue. We recommend following the tote-washing instructions that come with the bag only:
1) Machine wash cold and hang to dry
2) Iron on reverse side of decal or inside out only - DO NOT IRON DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THE DESIGN
Refunds and replacements are issued on a discretionary basis. Once a decision is made it is considered final.
Any costs associated with returning the items are the responsibility of the customer. We ask that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return otherwise.
If you believe that your order has been lost in the mail, please contact us within 30 days of your order shipment date, however we are not responsible for any shipments that have been lost in transit. Please be aware a wrong address can result in lost mail and it is not always the case that unaccepted mail will be sent back to our warehouse. There are cases where we do not receive refused shipments back and they end up delivered to someone else. When placing an order, be sure that you are double and triple checking the shipping information.
If you receive a tote bag that is damaged due to shipping please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage and someone will get back to you shortly to resolve the matter.
